These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at solev.info (the “Site”), operated by Solev (“we”, “us”, “our”), a business registered and operating from ul. Nowogrodzka 38, 02-517 Warsaw, Poland.
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Site.

Solev products are nutritional food-supplements registered with the applicable local regulatory authority under food-supplement classification. Governing law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Polish law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction. You and Solev agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms or your use of the Site. However, Solev reserves the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant jurisdiction.
Consumer rights. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, you may also be entitled to make use of the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Informal resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will endeavour to respond to all such correspondence within 10 business days.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
Product classification. Solev products are nutritional food-supplements registered with the applicable local regulatory authority under food-supplement classification. Products meet compositional and labelling requirements for nutritional supplement categories. Active ingredients are sourced from documented suppliers, with each batch accompanied by a certificate of composition. Sourcing prioritises suppliers whose facilities maintain food-grade processing standards.
Nutritional information. All nutritional values and ingredient descriptions presented on the Site are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication.
