Introduction

Solev (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website solev.info (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit the Site. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last revised” date of this policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this policy to remain informed of updates. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

This policy applies to information we collect on the Site, in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Site, and when you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services.

Solev products are nutritional food-supplements registered with the applicable local regulatory authority under food-supplement classification. Products meet compositional and labelling requirements for nutritional supplement categories.

Information you provide directly. We collect information you voluntarily provide when you fill in the contact form on the Site, including your name, email address, and any message content you submit. We do not collect payment card information, identity documents, or sensitive personal data through the Site.

Automatically collected information. When you visit the Site, our servers may record certain information automatically, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used solely for operational and analytical purposes.

Cookies and tracking technologies. The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience. A detailed explanation of the cookies we use, their purpose, and your choices regarding them is available in our Cookie Policy at cookie-policy.php.

No special category data. We do not intentionally collect any special categories of personal data (for example, information about your health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or biometric data). Please do not submit such data through any form on the Site.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes, each of which has a lawful basis under applicable data protection legislation:

Retention periods. We retain contact enquiry data for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is securely deleted unless a legal obligation requires us to retain it for a longer period. Automatically collected technical logs are retained for no more than 12 months.

International transfers. The Site is operated from Poland. If you access the Site from outside the European Economic Area, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Poland and other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any such transfers.

Security measures. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, or disclosure. The Site uses HTTPS (TLS) for all data transmissions. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party links. The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

Children. The Site is not directed at persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
